At Alysophil, the marriage of Artificial Intelligence and Flow Chemistry is revolutionizing industrial chemistry. Our work led to the development of a tool called AlChemAI, designed for applications in the world of chemistry.

 

Its objective is to provide solutions at different levels of the value chain: research, modeling, production ...

 

The applications in which AlChemAI is already used today are as follows:

- Structure / property relationships (toxicity determination

or smell prediction for example)


- Generation of molecules under constraints.

 

The work in progress will allow our tool to:
- Optimize manufacturing processes
- Detect anomalies
- Pilot flow chemistry process.

We combine Artificial Intelligence with continuous manufacturing processes to increase autonomy and safety, and reduce the environmental footprint and operating costs.

1 million molecules never synthesized are available today!

Alysophil is proud to announce the generation of a library of

1 million molecules never synthesized, built by several deep neural networks, trained since 2017. The creation of this database is part of an approach of interconnection of deep learning and a deeptech industrial activity. This exceptional database will meet the complex specifications of our customers and produce the corresponding molecules on the basis of a short cycle using new syntheses made possible by our flow chemistry technology.

Because we are industrialists, we have rethought the processes by developing ChemPocket , a continuous flow chemistry micro-plant unique on the market. Imagine installing a 25m2 micro-factory inside your factory - the size of a shipping container - able to produce up to 3000 tonnes per year?

Our ideas are part of the revival of fine and specialty chemicals.
We have already been able to implement them in the markets of :
defense, aeronautics, flavours and fragrances, cosmetics, construction.
We are also developing the pharmaceutical and detergent markets,
electronics and manufacturing industry. This diversity of markets can be explained by
by the versatility of the solutions implemented. A few examples:

 

COSMETICS
 

Alysophil focuses in the fields of personal care products because its biomimetic solutions bring many advantages, especially in the environmental impact of the production processes:
- Use of bio-sourced raw materials
- Reduction of solvent use
- Reduction of energy consumption
- Traceability
As an example, Alysophil has developed a continuous flow process for the production of Allantoin, which has been the subject of a publication.
Work for major groups in this sector has also been undertaken to demonstrate the benefits of flow chemistry.
Alysophil has developed partnerships to identify needs and propose innovative solutions in synthesis and extraction/purification.

FLAVOURS AND FRAGANCES
 

Alysophil carries out research work in the field of flavours and fragrances with the aim of providing its partners with original fragrances. In addition to new scents, the R&D team focuses on favouring raw materials of natural origin and the definition of high-performance synthesis compatible with the implementation of production in continuous processes.

The main projects currently underway include:
- The synthesis of a new biomimetic fragrance to replace a natural one. The demand for this fragrance is increasing and nature cannot provide all the needs which generates a significant environmental impact. Alysophil aims to propose an innovative solution to this problem.
- The search for new syntheses for the production of musk.

 

In order to benefit from the latest scientific advances, Alysophil has set up partnerships with university laboratories for the research of syntheses and continuous processes

DEFENSE

As part of its research work for the implementation of continuous flow processes, Alysophil carries out various works in the field of intermediates for energetic materials.
